DURATION:
- Approx. 5 hours ascent from the Täsch hut
- Approx. 4 hours descent to the Täsch hut
BEST PERIOD:
- Daily from mid-July to mid-September (depending on conditions)
- In spring on demand
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:
Normal route: 1 - max. 3 persons
Eisnase: 1 - max. 2 persons
PROGRAM:
- You will make your own way to the Täsch hut from Täsch or by taxi to Täschalp. If you are fit enough you can also take the Europaweg from Zermatt. You will meet your mountain guide at the hut the evening before.
- Dinner and overnight at the Täsch hut
- You will start the ascent at around 04:00 a.m. (depending on season)
- The ascent will take approx. 5 hours
- The descent to the Täsch hut approx. 4 hours.
- From the hut you will make your own way down to Täsch or to Zermatt

You will need to have already climbed a few 4’000 meter peaks and you will need to have experience using crampons.
RATE:
With a private mountain guide:
- CHF 1'000.00 for 1 person (Normal route or Eisnase)
- CHF 1'100.00 for 2 persons (Normal route or Eisnase)
- CHF 1'200.00 for 3 persons (Normal route)
A deposit of CHF 100.00 per person (included in this price) for all the 2-days tours will be required. This amount is non-refundable (even if you cancel the tour early or if the weather on the day is bad and the tour cannot be postponed).
ADDITIONNAL COSTS:
- Overnight and half board in the Täsch hut for you and your mountaing guide: CHF 89.00 per person
- Return train ticket from Zermatt - Täsch: CHF 16.40
- Rental equipment: between CHF 50.00 and CHF 70.00 available in a sports shop in Zermatt.

Please note that for group tours the minimum number of participants must be reached in order for the tour to take place. If this is not the case, you can decide at short notice whether you want to cancel or postpone the tour, or whether you want to do it with a private mountain guide.

REMARK:
We recommend that you take a training tour with a mountain guide beforehand (acclimatization) this can also be done in a group, as long as we have other registrations.

Insurance is the responsibility of the participant (accident and evacuation insurance)
